Elysian Backyard Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Contact us immediately at support@elysianbackyard.com or (561) 827-3656 to process your cancellation.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are not available. If unsure whether your order is custom, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns:

✅ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Customers must contact us before returning an item to receive approval and return instructions.

Return Fees & Restocking Charges:

  • Standard Returns: A 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we may assist with covering shipping costs, depending on the product.

💡 Tip: To avoid restocking fees, consider exchanging your product for another item instead of returning it.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@elysianbackyard.com with photos of:
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The packaging and shipping label
    • The SKU number (if available)
  • We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

📌 Note: Freight damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

  • Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
  • If an item is defective upon arrival, and you report it within 30 days, we will provide a replacement or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

We’re committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly. If you experience a problem, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and legal action may be taken.
